After each use, wash the product with warm water and mild, fragrance-free soap, or use a dedicated toy cleaner. Let it dry completely before storing it in its satin pouch.

Charging time varies by model, but most toys reach a full charge within 90 minutes. A single charge provides several sessions of uninterrupted pleasure.

For safety reasons, toys should never be used while plugged in or charging. Doing so may expose you to the risk of electric shock or damage to the device.

Also, when your toy is plugged in, make sure there is no water or moisture nearby — charging should always be done on a dry, safe surface.

Ensure the toy is fully charged and that the magnetic cable is properly connected. If the issue persists, contact us for troubleshooting or replacement.

Orders are typically processed within 48 hours and delivered within 2–5 business days, depending on your location. You’ll receive a tracking link as soon as your order ships.

To begin, click on the profile icon in the top right corner, or visit this page. Enter the email address you used at checkout — no password needed. You’ll instantly receive a six-digit verification code by email. Once you enter that code, your account will open automatically.

From there, you can request a return for any order that has been fulfilled or partially fulfilled.

Select the order, click Request return, and if it includes multiple items, simply choose which ones you’d like to send back. You’ll then be asked to select a return reason and, if you wish, add a short note to help us understand your request.

Once your request is submitted, our team will review it within 2-5 business days.

If your return is approved and shipping is required, you’ll receive an email with detailed instructions and a prepaid return label. As soon as we receive your product and confirm it meets our return conditions — unused, unopened, and in its original packaging within 14 days of receipt — we’ll issue your refund through your original payment method.

Please note that:

• Only fulfilled or partially fulfilled orders are eligible for return.
• Orders containing more than 250 line items must be split into separate return requests.
• For hygiene reasons, opened products cannot be accepted for return.
